Nasty Nasty (2003)

Jason owes the mob $50,000 in gamblind debts and has one day to pay it back, or hitman Ballsy will whack him. He discovers a long-lost identical twin and decides to switch places with him in the hopes that Ballsy will get them mixed up and kill his brother instead.
