Biography

Ann Foley is an accomplished costume designer whose work can be seen in cinematic feature films as well as episodic series. Her most recent credits include She Hulk for Disney+ (premiering August 2022), the Warner Bros./Legendary Entertainment summer 2021 blockbuster Godzilla vs. Kong, Universal Pictures’ Skyscraper starring Dwayne Johnson, and the Netflix sci-fi game-changer Altered Carbon.

Foley’s unique visual style, especially in cutting-edge action, made her a superhero mainstay. As the costume designer for the first 4 seasons of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen. Her innovative and character-specific designs landed her on the “Top Costumes of the Year” list from Clothes on Film as well as a place in FIDM’s prestigious 8th & 9th Annual Outstanding Art of Television Costume Design exhibitions.
