Luís Hindman is a writer/director of South Asian and Northern Irish descent.
His work was first recognized in 2015 when he received the 'One to Watch' award from Into Film, sponsored by the BFI and EON Productions. The jury included Alan Parker, David Yates, and Peter Kosminsky
Since then, Luís has received further accolades from the BBC, The Academy Nicholl Fellowship, BlueCat, Screencraft, Sky Arts, and The British Short Film Awards.
His latest project, Magid / Zafar, supported by BFI and FILM4, is in post-production. He is in development on several feature film projects as well as an episodic series.
