Later, he became Communications Director for the all-female W Series, promoting diversity in motorsport. In 2020, he joined Aston Martin’s F1 team as Chief Communications Officer. Bishop is also a founder ambassador of Racing Pride, advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusivity in motorsport.
